PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Location: Sungai Buloh Reporting to: Production Manager Job Description: 1. Candidate must have at least 10 years of work experience in galvanizing industry. 2. Candidate must possess the knowledge of the whole galvanizing process, with at least 8 years of experience working in the galvanizing production area. 3. Candidate must be able to speak Bangladesh and Hindi/Nepalese language as you are required to handle and lead a team of Bangladeshi and Nepalese production workers. 4. To set Daily/Weekly/Monthly tonnage objectives and communicate them to the production workers. 5. Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing production schedules. 6. Oversee and coach production workers during daily production processes. 7. Give training on the operation of production machineries and cranes to the production workers. 8. Ensure safe use of production machineries and equipment by following procedures. 9. Ensure all the chemicals tanks in the production are always in a correct concentration for production processes. 10. Schedule regular maintenance to ensure smooth production schedules. 11. Identify production issues and suggest improvements. 12. Troubleshoot electrical & mechanical problem on production machineries including burners and cranes. 13. Enforce strict production safety guidelines and company standards. 14. Candidate will be required to work in 3 different shifts in a weekly rotational basis (including nigh shift). Benefits: 1.
