  • Review and submit orders for credit control approval when needed.
  • Assign orders to teammates for processing to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor and track order progress to ensure completion by end of day.
  • Coordinate and process return orders.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics for special requests or arrangements.
  • Communicate daily with the commercial team and update them on order statuses.
  • Compile and email required order reports.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum qualification of SPM or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of DMS and WMS (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is necessary for interactions with Mandarin-speaking principals.
  • Skilled in data entry, data analysis, and sales reporting.
  • Willing to work in Kempas.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
