RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Sales Support ~ Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients and leads ~ Provide administrative support such as maintaining sales records and preparing reports 2. Sales Process Assistance ~ Support the sales process by preparing proposals, quotations and presentations ~ Assist in managing the sales pipeline by tracking leads and opportunities 3. Client Interaction ~ Engage with Clients via phone, email, or in person to introduce products or services ~ Assist in understanding client needs and providing relevant information or assistance ~ Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any initial queries 4. Collaboration with Teams ~ Collaborate with internal teams, such as production, engineering, and logistics, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and high-quality standards. ~ Work alongside marketing teams to create content and campaigns that promote lithium-ion battery solutions effectively. 5. Reporting & Documentation: ~ Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer details, and sales forecasts using CRM tools. ~ Prepare regular reports on sales progress, opportunities, and challenges. ~ Handle contracts, proposals, and client documentation in a timely manner. ~ Maintain accurate and up to date records of sales activities and client interactions ~ Handle day to day administrative tasks such as filing organizing ands data entry
