Responsibilities Finance Support  Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including receipts, and payments.  Perform daily bookkeeping tasks and ensure accurate data entry into accounting systems.  Prepare and submit financial reports, including budgets, cash flow statements, and expense reports.  Assist in payroll preparation, including calculating employee salaries, allowances, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).  Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and other financial documents.  Support the preparation of tax filings and compliance with financial regulations.  Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding payments and financial queries. Administrative Support  Manage company documents, correspondence, and reports.  Coordinate office supplies and logistics to ensure operational efficiency.  Schedule and organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements.  Provide administrative support to managers and other departments as required.  Handle general office duties, such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping. *Possessing your own transport is an advantage. Key Competencies  Strong numerical and analytical skills.  Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.  Good communication and interpersonal skills.  Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently or in a team.
