Responsibilities Finance Support Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including receipts, and payments. Perform daily bookkeeping tasks and ensure accurate data entry into accounting systems. Prepare and submit financial reports, including budgets, cash flow statements, and expense reports. Assist in payroll preparation, including calculating employee salaries, allowances, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS). Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and other financial documents. Support the preparation of tax filings and compliance with financial regulations. Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding payments and financial queries. Administrative Support Manage company documents, correspondence, and reports. Coordinate office supplies and logistics to ensure operational efficiency. Schedule and organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements. Provide administrative support to managers and other departments as required. Handle general office duties, such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping. *Possessing your own transport is an advantage. Key Competencies Strong numerical and analytical skills.
