JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Support management in preparing for the listing process, providing professional advice on financial and audit matters to ensure compliance with IPO requirements.
  • Assist in pre-IPO financial restructuring and profit forecasting, contributing to the development and optimization of financial strategies.
  • Assist in overseeing the company's financial audit processes, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial statements in line with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS).
  • Review and analyze financial data and reports for accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the internal audit team to assess the effectiveness of internal control systems and suggest improvements.
  • Liaise with external auditors, legal advisors, and financial consultants to ensure transparency in financial and compliance processes.
  • Identify potential financial and operational risks, assisting in the development of risk management strategies to mitigate these risks.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Relevant professional qualifications such as MIA/ACCA/Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of auditing experience or relevant experience with IPO processes.
  • Experience in assisting companies in going public is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin, with strong communication skills to work effectively with team members and external consultants.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
