Key Responsibilities:

  • ⁠Operational Excellence & HR Strategy:
  • Develop and implement efficient HR processes that drive compliance while enhancing employee well-being.
  • Continuously improve HR operations to support the business’s scaling needs, keeping efficiency and compliance in mind.
  • ⁠Proactive Management & Responsive Problem-Solving:
  • Check in daily with team members to proactively solve emerging issues.
  • Handle operational challenges raised by employees, delivering quick and effective solutions that align with company values.
  • ⁠Talent Development & Leadership Support:
  • Identify and nurture high-potential employees, offering tailored training and development programs to unlock leadership capabilities.
  • Work closely with senior leaders to understand department needs and offer strategic HR support to drive alignment with the company goals.
  • ⁠Employee Engagement & Culture Ambassador:
  • Act as a champion of company’s culture by leading team-building activities and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace.
  • Promote company values through regular communication, career events, and internal newsletters featuring employee stories and updates.
  • Performance Management & Appraisal:
  • Oversee performance reviews for new hires during their probation and conduct bi-annual reviews for all team members.
  • Ensure feedback is transparent and actionable, fostering continuous professional growth.
  • ⁠Exit & Onboarding Management:
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather insights and ensure smooth transitions for departing employees.
  • Regularly check in with new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported during the onboarding process.
  • ⁠Compliance & Ethical Decision-Making:
  • Ensure all HR activities are legally compliant, navigating employee issues with a focus on fairness and ethical leadership.
  • Maintain the highest standards of integrity in all HR practices and decision-making.
  • ⁠Budget & Resource Management:
  • Oversee HR and office-related spending, ensuring all expenses align with monthly budgets and cost-efficiency targets.

Qualifications:

⁠ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.

⁠ ⁠6-7 years of experience in human resources, ideally within fast-growing or tech-focused companies.

⁠ ⁠Proven ability to lead HR initiatives that enhance company culture and organizational growth.

⁠ Bilingual in English and Mandarin with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

⁠ Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices.

⁠ ⁠Experience with employee engagement, talent management, and data-driven HR decisions.
