Job Description:
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing collaborations with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to enhance brand visibility and market reach. Your role will include sourcing the right influencers, managing relationships, negotiating contracts, and overseeing the performance and effectiveness of influencer campaigns. Working closely with the marketing team, you’ll ensure all KOL activities align with the overall marketing strategy and brand message.
Key Responsibilities:
- KOL Identification & Selection: Research, identify, and vet relevant KOLs and influencers who align with the brand and campaign objectives.
- Contract Negotiation: Handle negotiations and agreements with influencers, ensuring fair and strategic partnerships.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring timely delivery of assets and campaign materials.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KOL campaign performance using key metrics (engagement rates, conversions, ROI), and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with KOLs, ensuring mutual growth and collaboration.
- Market Trends & Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, KOL marketing strategies, and emerging platforms to optimize campaign outcomes.
- Budget Management: Oversee and manage budgets for influencer collaborations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high ROI.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure that all KOL partnerships reflect the brand’s values, tone, and strategic goals.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or managing KOL relationships, preferably in the digital or social media landscape. Fresh graduates with a passion for influencer marketing are also encouraged to apply.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong skills in negotiating and structuring agreements with influencers.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to track and analyze influencer performance metrics and campaign outcomes.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for managing relationships with external partners.
- Project Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree OR Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
