We are looking for a results-oriented Telesales Consultant to advise and sell insurance products to new and existing customers. This role involves understanding customer needs, recommending suitable insurance plans, and ensuring an exceptional experience while achieving sales targets.

Work Location:

  • Plaza Sentral, Kuala Lumpur
  • Easily accessible and located in the heart of KL’s bustling business district.
  • Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:45 PM
  • Enjoy work-life balance with weekends off!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Customer Engagement:
  • Identify sales opportunities through cold calling and client engagement.
  • Recommend suitable insurance products (life, health, home, auto).
  • Build strong client relationships and follow up to close sales.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Consult with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Use CRM to track sales and maintain a pipeline.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum SPM (Diploma or degree is a plus).
  • Experience: Sales experience preferred, especially in insurance.
  • Skills: Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
