IT Project Management Executiev (Mandarin Speaker)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide first-level support for IT-related issues, including troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
• Perform basic hardware maintenance and setup, including installing and configuring computer systems.
• Ensure all IT equipment is functioning correctly and efficiently.
• Assist with network and connectivity issues as needed.
• Assist in planning and coordinating IT and operational projects.
• Manage communication and coordination for new or existing IT projects and system issues.
• Liaise between the IT department and other business units to ensure smooth project execution and issue resolution.
• Track project progress and communicate status to relevant stakeholders.
• Responsible in executing and assist in planning, organizing and managing various stages of the assigned IT projects and ensure the projects are executed according to the schedule, cost and quality.
• Execute additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
• Ensure projects comply with the company's quality standards and client expectations.
• Assist in managing project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure optimal project delivery.
• Assist in managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns during the project lifecycle.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in project management, or ICT projects.
• Strong understanding of project management.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese language

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
