Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities, including main contractors, consultant, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and enforce site-specific safety protocols.
Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports, photographs, and documentation.
Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed work plans and schedules.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential risks or quality issues.
Liaising with onsite workers, sub-contractors, clients, and other stakeholders to provide progress updates and address any concerns
Ensuring the construction site is maintained in a clean, organized, and safe condition
Documenting and reporting on project progress daily reports, safety incidents, site challenges and other relevant information
To ensure work quality is achieved and safety regulations are compiled.
To supervise and manage daily project planning work progress on-site.
To attend daily tool box meeting, daily site meeting, progress meeting.
To liaise with contractors and workers for project implementation works.
To arrange and attend site inspections.
