SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY :
Assists to serving and coordinating activities of F&B personnel involve in such activities as:
o Preparing necessary materials and supplies for a specific function.
o Arranging the function room or setting table.
o Presenting menu and taking orders (when necessary).
o Serving guests. Cleaning up after function.
Assists in coordinating with kitchen, bars and other section/department to ensure that all necessary arrangements and preparations are properly made.
To guide, train and monitor knowledge, attendance, skills, communication and set leadership example for waiters / waitress.
May be assigned to supervised and participate in the activities of all waiters and extra waiters assigned in a section of the function room during the actual service.
Receives and confers with host of function regarding last minute arrangements
Ensure service associates deliver heartfelt service at all times beyond guest expectations.
Attends to guest complaints and requests. Refer to Outlet Executive and Assistant F&B Manager when necessary.
Performs duties common to all supervisors and other duties as may be assigned.
Must have complete product knowledge of all menu items, pricing, presentation and service procedures of each item
QUALIFICATION / EDUCATION :
Possess minimum SPM or any other equivalent hospitality related certification.
SKILL :
Good Interpersonal skills.
Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills.
Good supervisory skills.
Attractive and pleasant personality.
Self-motivated, proactive & high enthusiasm.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,632.97 per month
