Technical Support

Requirement

- Minimum Qualification: Diploma or SPM with at least 1 year Experience

· Must have experience in any of the relevant fields: Networking, IT, Access Control, CCTV System & Alarm System

· Experienced with electrical wiring and electrical works as well able install cabling for any of this: Network/CCTV/Alarm/Access Control

- Able to start work immediately is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, and networks at the office
• Providing technical support across the company
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
• Manage and schedule maintenance works & attend to ad-hoc service calls
• Able to diagnose and troubleshoot the equipment at the site and recommend solutions
• To submit handover form and service reports after service field jobs are completed
• To ensure all the working tools and technical room including work bay area in a systematic manner and clean
• Able to work with minimal supervision, independent and pro-active
• Able to travel to any work location as requested and when required
• Performs any other jobs as assigned by Senior Tech/Manager

• Puchong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Networking/IT Technical Support: 1 or 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)
• Bahasa (Preferred)
• Mandarin

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
