Assistant Retail Store Manager - PRISM+ Sunway Velocity Mall

As a high-growth electronics company, PRISM+ is looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Retail Store Manager to join our new division. If you're result-oriented and enjoy helping customers, we want you on our dynamic team, working toward common goals with like-minded individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store functions, ensuring smooth operations.
• Process and replenish merchandise to ensure stock availability.
• Greet customers courteously and professionally, providing top-notch customer service and product recommendations.
• Co-lead the retail team to maintain visual merchandising and cleanliness standards.
• Recruit and hire new store employees.
• Train and onboard new hires effectively.
• Set, monitor, and exceed retail sales targets to drive company growth.
• Provide timely sales reports and analysis, making recommendations and identifying risks for anticipated shortfalls.
• Collaborate with management to plan and implement incentive programs and strategies to boost sales.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 3 years of management experience within the retail sector
• Strong understanding of retail store operations and systems
• Previous experience in managing relationships with mall landlords

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
