Job Description:

  • C&B
    • Responsible for compilation of allowances.
    • Support new hire onboarding process such as new hire data entry, confirmation, contract renewal
    • Support HR operational tasks such as granting allowance in system, verification letter preparation etc.
  • Leave & Time Management:
    • Administer and manage employee leave requests (annual, parental, etc) in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
    • Ensure data accuracy and timely updates to the timekeeping system to reflect any adjustments such as shift changes, overtime, or corrections.
    • Prepare attendance report.
    • Provide support for system configuration changes related to time management, such as approval workflow updates, shift pattern changes, and clock time adjustments.
  • Preferably with written and spoken in Mandarin language.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
