Responsibilities:

  • Achieve recruitment targets and KPIs effectively.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-quality candidates.
  • Understands clients' requirements and hiring needs provide recruitment solutions and suitable candidates to client
  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Develop new client and maintain existing client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as HR, sales, and operations, to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
  • Utilize recruitment tools and technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize recruitment processes and deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum a Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or related discipline
  • Fresh grad is encouraged to apply.
  • Experienced as a recruiter or internal TA will be added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software, ATS, job portals, and other HR tools.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting targets and delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,900.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
