Responsibilities:
- Achieve recruitment targets and KPIs effectively.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-quality candidates.
- Understands clients' requirements and hiring needs provide recruitment solutions and suitable candidates to client
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Develop new client and maintain existing client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as HR, sales, and operations, to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
- Utilize recruitment tools and technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize recruitment processes and deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates.
Requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or related discipline
- Fresh grad is encouraged to apply.
- Experienced as a recruiter or internal TA will be added advantage.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software, ATS, job portals, and other HR tools.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting targets and delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM2,900.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
