  • To manage staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and on boarding.
  • To ensure job descriptions are up-to-date and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • To check, create and recommend a remuneration package for all employees based on market research.
  • To investigate, mediate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution.
  • To bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Responsible for monthly payroll and related reports, including leave management, statutory payment, and report.
  • Responsible to all compensation and benefits administration support related to staff benefits program, staff on-boarding preparation, staff insurances, staff gathering conducting induction etc.
  • Responsible for the full scope of general administration functions of the company, including accommodation rental agreement, licenses, insurances, office maintenance etc.
  • To assist in planning and organizing staff training programmes to meet staff training needs.
  • To develop, enhance and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with the regulations and company direction.
  • To provide guidance and support to HRA team members in all HR & Admin related functions.
  • Responsible for overseeing foreign worker’s administration, ensuring compliance with immigration laws and managing work permits.
  • To organise and manage a yearly or half yearly performance appraisal and salary review.
  • To design and implement employee retention strategies
  • To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM12,000.00 per month

  • Human Resources: 5 years (Preferred)
