RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY:
- Invoice processing: Receiving, processing, and verifying invoices to ensure bills are paid on time
- Supplier statement reconciliations: Managing and reviewing supplier statement reconciliations
- Payment runs: Assisting with weekly and ad-hoc payment runs
- Invoice disputes: Following up on invoice disputes and approvals
- Reconciling payable reports: Reconciling monthly payable reports
- Cash accounts: Maintaining cash accounts and ensuring outgoing disbursements are registered properly
- Balance sheet reconciliations: Preparing, reviewing, and approving balance sheet reconciliations
- AP metrics: Maintaining AP metrics and recommending process improvements
- Assist Financial Accounting Manager for monitoring of debtor accounts.
- Assist Management Accounting Manager on ad-hoc management reporting.
- Perform any other duties associated with the Accounts Department
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
