Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Functions

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expense
  • reports.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and budget reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
  • Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Assist in yearly audits and liaise with external auditors when necessary.

Administrative Functions

  • Oversee office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Maintain and organize company records, documents, and files.
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails, responding to inquiries as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and liaise with vendors and suppliers.
  • Support the HR department with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting and/or administrative roles, preferably in a corporate
  • environment.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MYOB) and MS Office (Excel, Word,
  • Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
