Quality Management Executive

ISO Quality System
1. Lead development and improvement of relevant systems, procedures, process flows, documentation, tests, etc. complying with quality, contractual and statutory requirement.
2. Implement and maintain QMS activities via coordination of periodical training, promotion, IQA, MRM, PATF etc.

QE Management System
1. Establish QE Committee and Safety Committee
2. Plan and schedule QE activities covering training, promotion, IQA, MRM and actual conduct of 5S, AM, VSM, TQM
3. Evaluate QE Committee performance including IQA allowance based on OFI/NCR closing/KPI.
4. Evaluate QE Performance including 5S reward based on 5S internal audit result
5. Coordinate the activity including QE/Safety Committee

Relevant Quality Certification and Recertification
1. Identify and coordinate acquisitions and recertification of relevant ISO certification, 5S, AM, TPM, MS 1900, OSHA, GDPMD, SCORE etc.
2. Source and apply for the right financing or grants for the quality certification and training expenses

Internal Quality Issues
1. Promote quality culture and collaborate with HR for all staffs in the company
2. Ensure proper understanding on relevant quality control measures are properly handled by HR and Knowledge information Executive
3. Monitor that all quality requirements are met via issuing CAR if necessary, communicate non-conformance to the management, providing guidelines where necessary etc.
4. Assist and guide employees to resolve quality issues
5. Collaborate with ICT/Knowledge Executive on planner activity during Q Hours.

Collaborate with the other department of compiling the data of non-compliance issues with external parties
1. Compiling the non-compliance issues raised by customer, independent third party, governing bodies or government agencies for purpose of contract compliance, grant application, quality certification, fast track FAT (Green Lane) etc.
2. Document and communicate solutions with proper evidence. Maintain records and reports as per company’s policy and procedure for future reference.

5S and Autonomous Maintenance
Effective maintenance of 5S and AM in own area and group area
Other Quality continuous improvement effort

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
