Executive, New Business Evaluations
Job Purpose:
Job role for this position will mainly entail supporting the project team lead in the delivery of project goals in line with the Company’s objectives and mandate to grow beyond Rice in key activities undertaken by the Department which includes valuation exercise and deal structuring, project management of M&A transaction process as well as monitoring & reporting of new investments post-acquisition.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Project Management of M&A Transaction Process
- To prepare the minutes of meeting and assist in following up with stakeholders on their deliverables to meet project timeline.
- To assist with coordinating and compilation of relevant documentation and information required for preparation of due diligence exercise and share sales agreement.
2. Monitoring & Reporting of New Investments Projects
- To prepare the routine reporting for Management / Board updates.
- To participate in approved project implementation and follow up activities.
3. Integration Exercise and Merger Synergies
- To support the development of the integration plan, post-acquisition process by identifying potential synergies to be obtained.
- To coordinate follow up meetings with respective stakeholders to track and monitor implementation plan and milestones for the integration exercise.
4. Business Support
- To assist in the preparation of special business analysis, business review and reports.
- To assist the preparation of business presentation materials for internal and external meetings / discussions and presentations.
Job Requirements:
1. Qualification:
- Bachelor's in Business Administration / Economic / Corporate Finance / Accountancy / any other equivalent
2. Years of Experience:
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of working experience
3. Functional / Technical Skills & Knowledge
- Analytical skill

- Computer proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
