To be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms according to established standards and procedures.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish guest room amenities.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and tubs.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and clean windows and mirrors.
- Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and tissues.
- Report any maintenance issues or cleanliness concerns to the appropriate department.
- Respond to guest requests for additional amenities or services in a timely and friendly manner.
- Follow all health and safety protocols, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas to prevent accidents or injuries
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
