Summary of the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Reporting and Data Analytics specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, analyzing large datasets, identifying trends and maintaining data reporting systems and analytics solutions to support business decision-making processes. This role requires a strong analytical skills and mindset, proficiency in data analysis tools, and the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and actionable manner.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.
Analytical thinking ability, collecting requirements, creating use cases, modelling business processes, conducting workshops techniques.
Create and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports to various stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
Design and implement data visualization tools and dashboards to present data in an easily understandable format.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data quality checks.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and reporting.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 1-4 + years designing and implementing large scale data loading, manipulation, processing solutions.
High proficiency in data integration package.
Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics.
