Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Advertisement Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling, a keen eye for design, and the ability to create compelling graphics that captivate and engage audiences. As an Advertisement Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality visuals for advertising campaigns across various digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Design: Design and develop visually stunning advertisements, including digital banners, social media ads, print ads, brochures, and other promotional materials that align with brand guidelines.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all design work maintains a cohesive visual identity that aligns with the company’s brand standards.
  • Digital and Print Media: Create graphics optimized for both digital (web, social media, email) and print (flyers, billboards, posters) formats.
  • Trends & Innovation: Stay current with design trends, digital tools, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • File Management: Prepare and organize final design files for production, ensuring all formats and specifications are met for print and web distribution.
  • Quality Control: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of final designs, revising and adjusting layouts as needed based on feedback.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and balancing priorities effectively.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, specifically in advertising or marketing-related projects.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Portfolio: A compelling portfolio showcasing previous advertising design work, with examples of both digital and print designs.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to create accurate, visually appealing designs with a strong attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to take creative direction and integrate feedback effectively.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Adaptability: A flexible approach to design and the ability to adapt to various project requirements and brand styles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
