  • Handle full spectrum of HR and admin function, including payroll, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and office supplies and maintenance.
  • Prepare the monthly payroll and statutory payments to meet with submission deadline (KWSP, LHDN, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF).
  • To liaise with Government office pertaining employee related issues.
  • Develop and implement company policies and procedures aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Conduct performance reviews and implement employee training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant Government laws and regulations.
  • Participation in compliance audits a plus
  • Able to handle FW management including hostel arrangements
  • To perform any other duties as and when directed by the Management.

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as HR & Admin Manager
  • Experience in manufacturing / production environment a must
  • Experience in operational HR and being hands on a must (working with HODs across diff depts to optimize schedules, work load, overtime, audits etc.)
  • High level of problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage stress and escalate as required
  • Independent and takes ownership of work
  • Embraces walk-the-floor attitude with respect to HR management
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Knowledge of HR payroll systems and databases
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Degree in Human Resource Management or related fields
