- Handle full spectrum of HR and admin function, including payroll, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and office supplies and maintenance.
- Prepare the monthly payroll and statutory payments to meet with submission deadline (KWSP, LHDN, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF).
- To liaise with Government office pertaining employee related issues.
- Develop and implement company policies and procedures aligned with business objectives.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct performance reviews and implement employee training programs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Government laws and regulations.
- Participation in compliance audits a plus
- Able to handle FW management including hostel arrangements
- To perform any other duties as and when directed by the Management.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as HR & Admin Manager
- Experience in manufacturing / production environment a must
- Experience in operational HR and being hands on a must (working with HODs across diff depts to optimize schedules, work load, overtime, audits etc.)
- High level of problem solving skills
- Ability to manage stress and escalate as required
- Independent and takes ownership of work
- Embraces walk-the-floor attitude with respect to HR management
- People oriented and results driven
- Knowledge of HR payroll systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Degree in Human Resource Management or related fields
