Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to lead the recruitment and management of resellers and agents for our growing headscarf brand. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our sales channels, focusing on building strong relationships with resellers and agents on platforms like TikTok and Shopee. If you have a proven track record in sales and experience in working with resellers or distributors, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reseller & Agent Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard new resellers and agents to expand company's sales network, especially across TikTok, Shopee, and other online platforms.
- Sales Growth: Develop strategies to increase reseller and agent sales volumes, driving brand growth in line with company goals.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers and agents, providing them with the necessary tools, support, and training to succeed.
- Target Achievement: Set and achieve monthly sales targets by optimizing the reseller and agent networks.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential growth opportunities and trends, and adjust strategies to maximize impact.
- Reporting & Strategy: Provide regular sales reports and feedback to senior management, recommending strategies for continued growth and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in sales, preferably in the fashion, apparel, or headscarf industry.
- Experience in recruiting and managing resellers, agents, or distributors.
- Strong understanding of online sales channels (TikTok, Shopee) and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
