The administrative intern plays a vital role in supporting the operations and management of the organization.
Job Scope
1. Administrative Tasks
- Organizing and maintaining files (both physical and digital).
- Data entry and record-keeping using spreadsheets or management systems.
- Assisting in scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
2. Communication
- Managing email correspondence and phone inquiries.
- Communicating with team members and external stakeholders.
3. Documentation
- Preparing reports, presentations, and documents as requested.
- Drafting and proofreading letters, memos, or proposals.
4. Operations Support
- Assisting with inventory management and supply ordering.
- Coordinating logistics for meetings or workshops.
- Supporting in handling travel arrangements if required.
5. Project Assistance
- Providing support for special projects or events.
- Conducting research to assist in operational or strategic planning.
6. System Management
- Updating and maintaining internal databases or CRM systems.
- Tracking and filing attendance or leave records.
7. Customer Relations
- Helping with client or customer queries and ensuring excellent service delivery.
Qualifications for Admin Intern
1. Education
- Pursuing or completed a diploma in Administration, Business Management, Human Resources or a related field.
2. Skills and Knowledge
- Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Organization: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and maintain a structured workflow.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills in English (and local language if applicable).
- Detail-Oriented: Focus on accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
3. Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks or software.
4. Experience (optional but beneficial)
- Any prior internship or part-time work experience in an office environment.
- Basic understanding of office systems, databases, or tools like CRM.
5. Other Traits

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM500.00 - RM700.00 per month
