  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Daily Operations:

· Proactively seek new leads through various channels and perform field visits to connect with potential clients, expanding the customer base and building a strong network.

· Oversee the entire loan application process, ensuring that all steps are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

· Assist clients throughout the loan application process, providing clear explanations of loan products, terms, and personalized advice based on their financial situation.

· Collect and thoroughly verify all required documents from applicants, including income statements, employment information, assets, and liabilities.

· Conduct interviews with loan applicants to evaluate their financial situation and creditworthiness, making informed recommendations for loan approvals or rejections.

· Maintain regular communication with clients during the loan process, offering updates and assistance to ensure a positive customer experience.

Customer and Payment Management:

· Deliver exceptional customer service to foster strong, long-term relationships and enhance client retention.

· Manage payment collection processes for both auto-debit and manual payment customers, ensuring timely processing and resolving any payment discrepancies.

· Handle the transfer of customer balances, including processing government relief funds, bonuses, pensions, and advance salary payments for non-auto-debit customers.

Regular Meetings and Reporting:

· Attend weekly strategy meetings with management and the Digital Marketing Department to report on loan performance, discuss sales targets, and identify opportunities to improve lead generation.

· Participate in bi-weekly reviews with the Debt Control Department to evaluate sales figures and monitor payment collection efforts, ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay
