Job Responsibility

Manage/provide IT support services (network, system, application, data center, Cloud & etc.).
Engage users, internal and external customers to ensure projects are achievable.
Prepare and ensure IT policies and procedures are adhered by users and in compliance to corporate and legal requirements.
Ensure the cybersecurity standard and protocol are aligned with company's policies and procedures.
Act as project manager for implementation of new initiatives from business units
Handle and manage IT systems backup and recovery.

Job Requirements

Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in IT/ Computer Studies.
Preferable at least 5 years' experience working in application support namely Microsoft Dynamics Business Central ERP system and MHUB Property Solution System.
Preferable at least 5 years' experience in Information System (IT) compliances and project management in managerial capacity.
Experience with Windows Server 2018 and above, Windows Operating System (OS), Windows 10/11 and above.
Experience in Active Directory, TCP/IP, WAN and network environment, DR and Backup solution on NAS and Cloud.
Experience in Hyper-V environment and MSSQL.
Able to maintain and configure for Microsoft O365 and SharePoint.
Experience in maintaining, configuring and providing first and second level IT support via email, phone, desktop/ notebook (Windows OS), tablet, printer, peripheral and IT network devices such as router, switch and firewall.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Posses positive work attitude, proactive and initiative.
Understand business processes and act as a facilitator to business users for IT related matters.
Good project management and effective communication skills.
