We are looking for someone passionate about advancing our mission to shape the future of immersive internships in 14 global cities. You will oversee financial operations and support HR functions while collaborating with a diverse, international team spanning multiple time zones (e.g., the UK, France, USA, Barcelona, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and beyond).


Roles & Responsibilities

As a Finance & HR Associate, your goal is to lead our day-to-day financial operations and support HR administrative functions. This role will serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders requiring a combination of analytical precision, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit. While you’ll work independently on day-to-day financial and admin tasks, you’ll contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive company culture through HR initiatives and feedback mechanisms.


  • Financial and HR Operations Management: Manage daily financial activities, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR-related financial tasks.
  • Administrative Excellence: Maintain accurate and compliant employee records, ensuring alignment with local labor laws and internal policies.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze financial and HR data using tools like Excel to generate insights and actionable reports that support strategic decision-making.
  • System & Records Management: Regularly update financial and HR systems, including CRM platforms, to ensure accurate and up-to-date records of financial and employee information.
  • Problem Solving & Communication: Address and resolve financial and administrative challenges with innovative approaches and clear, proactive communication.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in onboarding processes to ensure new hires are seamlessly integrated into the organization.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with global colleagues to streamline workflows and foster effective communication across teams.

Timezone

  • Availability: Full-time commitment required Monday to Friday
  • Training: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Malaysia Time during the initial 3-month probation period, providing access to training and team meetings
  • Post-Probation: Flexible hours are available

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in Finance and HR administration
  • Must be based in Southeast Asia (preferably Malaysia but open to neighbouring countries)
  • Experience within a global company or ability to thrive in a start-up environment, managing various tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Fluent or highly proficient in English, both written and spoken
