Job Description:
We are seeking a Banking Customer Service Representative (Mandarin Speaker) to join our inbound call center team. Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers, providing assistance with banking-related inquiries in Mandarin.
- Offer solutions and resolve issues related to banking products, transactions, and services.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting online banking issues or account discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records by documenting interactions in the system.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy during all interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Meet performance metrics, including quality scores and call handling time.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or finance industry, is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Proficiency in using computers and CRM systems.
