  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Field Visit Officer to conduct visits to residential and commercial premises, gather relevant information, and ensure timely communication with clients. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong sense of responsibility in managing data collection and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Field Visits & Data Collection:

  • Conduct field visits to residential and commercial premises to collect relevant information.
  • Obtain updated contact information (e.g., new addresses, phone numbers) from customers or their families.
  • Assist the Collection team by facilitating customer arrangements as required.
  • Deliver/collect documents from customers/clients in a timely manner.
  • Deliver reminder notices and letters to customer premises.

Customer Communication & Relationship Building:

  • Ensure clear communication with customers during visits regarding payments, documents, and other requests.
  • Establish rapport with customers to ensure smooth communication for future engagements.
  • Obtain and verify the latest contact details from customers, collectors, or family members.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide timely updates to the management team on progress of visits and data collection.
  • Maintain accurate records of all visits, communication, and documents delivered/collected.
  • Perform other administrative duties related to field visits as required by the supervisor or Head of Unit.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with people at various levels.
  • Positive attitude, pleasant personality, and basic computer skills.
  • Must have own transport and a valid driving license.
  • Minimum qualification: SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
