Job Descriptions:
- Provide comprehensive administration to support on full spectrum of HR function including payroll, recruitment, foreign worker work permit application/renewal and etc.
- Monitor and arrange employee's attendance and leave.
- Resolve issues, grievances, conflicts in the workplace.
- Determine appropriate disciplinary plans of action.
- Maintain accurate records, including new hires, terminations, written warnings, leaves, salary increments.
- Utilize payroll systems to process payments and generate payroll report efficiently and accurately.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in related field.
- Familiar with Employment Act and Sarawak Labour Ordinance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
- Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Possess D license.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
