Qualification:-
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in maintaining and repairing bowling equipment, including pinsetters, ball returns, and scoring systems, is essential.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Strong mechanical and technical skills are crucial for diagnosing and fixing equipment issues.
- Electrical Knowledge: Basic understanding of electrical systems and the ability to troubleshoot electrical problems is often necessary.
- Computer Literacy: Familiarity with computerized scoring systems and basic computer maintenance is a plus.
- Customer Service: Good communication skills and the ability to interact with customers and explain technical issues in a clear and friendly manner.
- Teamwork: The ability to work well with other staff members, especially during busy times at the bowling center.
Responsibilities:
- Equipment Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance on bowling equipment to ensure it operates smoothly and efficiently.
- Repairs: Diagnose and repair malfunctions or breakdowns in pinsetters, ball returns, and scoring systems.
- Safety: Ensure that all equipment is in compliance with safety regulations and that safety protocols are followed by staff and customers.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of spare parts and order replacements as needed.
- Training: Train and supervise other technicians or junior staff members.
- Troubleshooting: Provide technical support for customers experiencing issues with their games, such as scoring discrepancies.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain records of maintenance and repair work performed on equipment.
- Emergency Response: Be available to respond to equipment issues during business hours, and occasionally during off-hours for emergencies.
- Upgrades and Improvements: Stay informed about technological advancements in bowling equipment and recommend upgrades or improvements to management.
Working Time:-
Shift 1 : 9.00AM - 5.30PM
Shift 2 : 3.00PM - 11.30PM

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
