Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing accurate information about logistics services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through professional and timely communication.
- Shipment Coordination:
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, warehousing, transportation) and external partners (freight carriers, customs agents) for seamless operations.
- Issue Resolution:
- Handle customer complaints, resolve shipping or delivery issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide proactive updates to customers on delays, exceptions, or disruptions.
- Order Processing:
- Process orders, verify documentation (invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions), and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Assist with the preparation of shipping documents and customs clearance as required.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Generate reports on service levels, customer feedback, and shipment performance for management review.
- Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Stay updated on customs regulations, import/export procedures, and transportation laws.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
