OFT EXECUTIVE

We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be working with Mandarin-speaking customers.

Purpose:

This position is responsible for:

• Maximizing the end-to-end service rate to customers at the lowest possible cost.
• Optimizing sourcing effectiveness by coordinating their flows and deliveries
• Aligning all supply chain functions in their priorities to optimize service/cost performance, solve operational issues and anticipate alerts: supply chain helpdesk

Key Responsibilities:

Orders Fulfilment

• Ensure delivery within scheduled date, detect deviations between plan and actual and address issues across the Distribution Centre
• Manage Service Level Agreement with Customers
• Provide report on a regular (daily/weekly) basis on service delivery performance

Inventory & Orders Planning

• Assist/place Purchase replenishment Orders (PO) with the support of Central Planning Team (CPT) and monitor incoming shipment
• Monitor inventory and its accuracy, including FIFO management, in D365 system
• Act as the main interface with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Create Transfer Orders (TO) to replenish branches’ stock
• Adapt the routing of customer orders based on SLA to deliver the right service at the lowest distribution cost
• Coordinate the setup of new flows and leading projects related
• Identify any improvement for inventory planning, warehouse, shipment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
