1. eCommerce Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and execute the company’s eCommerce strategy to drive online sales and revenue.
  • Oversee the planning, launch, and optimization of the company’s online sales platform, including websites and marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.).
  • Monitor and manage the entire customer journey, from site visits to final purchase, ensuring a smooth experience.

2. Product Management

  • Manage the online product catalog, ensuring products are accurately listed with proper descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels.
  • Work with internal teams (product development, merchandising) to ensure that the right products are showcased and promoted on the platform.
  • Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.

3. eCommerce Marketing & Promotions

  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns (discounts, flash sales, etc.) on the eCommerce platform to drive sales.
  • Oversee email marketing and automated customer engagement campaigns to drive customer retention and repeat sales.
  • Manage paid search, display advertising, and retargeting efforts aimed at driving traffic and conversions on eCommerce platforms.

4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Leverage CRM systems to manage and analyze customer data for personalized marketing and retention strategies.
  • Implement customer loyalty programs or incentives to improve repeat purchase rates.
  • Respond to customer inquiries or complaints to ensure satisfaction and build strong customer relationships.

5. Sales Performance and Analytics

  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly eCommerce performance metrics (sales, traffic, conversion rates, average order value).
  • Analyze sales trends, traffic sources, and customer behavior to identify areas of improvement.
  • Generate reports and share insights with the broader marketing and sales teams to refine strategies.

6. Logistics and Fulfillment

  • Oversee order processing, shipping, and fulfillment processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Collaborate with logistics partners and ensure smooth fulfillment operations, managing costs and lead times.

7. SEO & Content Management for eCommerce

  • Ensure that the eCommerce website is optimized for search engines (SEO), using keywords, product descriptions, and meta tags.
  • Create and manage content such as blogs, product guides, and landing pages to enhance visibility and drive traffic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
