An Administrator performs clerical duties to help an office run smoothly and efficiently. Their duties include answering phone calls and replying emails, organizing files and filling ,and building spreadsheets or presentations for leadership staff.

Job description:

  • Create and maintain systematic company forms, format and filing
  • Data entry and record up-dating
  • Manage admin documents and filing.
  • Prepare project report for every project
  • To assist in organizing related incoming or ongoing projects
  • To monitor project plans, follow up on schedules and ensuring the project deliverables’ deadlines are met in a timely manner
  • To record, monitor and filed up all receipt and issue of material.
  • Verify and process sub-contractor claim and compile site project documentation.
  • Initiate invoice issuance with complete document in accordance to project milestone
  • To perform general administrative and ad-hoc support.

Qualification:

  • SPM graduate/diploma in any field. Work-related experience will be added advantage.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office and Google Drive
  • Must be organized, work independently, committed, and proactive
  • Good communication skills
  • Required oral languages: English & Mandarin. Bahasa Malaysia oral skill is an added advantage.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
