Accounting duties

  • Responsible for end to end financial duties and working closely with the company Finance Outsource
  • Responsible for bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, invoices , petty cash records, account receivable and payable are perform in good manner
  • Processing claim payment
  • Responsible for the company’s budget
  • Organize and update filing records accurately and accessibly

Administrative duties

  • Preparation for any documentation reports in relation with government/non-government bodies
  • Support other department such as SOP execution and data entry
  • Arrange and assist any company events
  • Responsible in the overall office supplies and maintenance

Qualification

  • Minimum of one (1) year working in Finance/ Account Department (preferrably)
  • Minimum Diploma preferably in Finance, or any related field
  • Good in computer skills (Microsoft, Power Point, Excel etc)
  • Have knowledge in using accounting software
  • Independent, proactive and trustworthy
  • Able to multitask efficiently
  • Living nearby HQ: Bangi/ Kajang/ Dengkil / Putrajaya/Nilai or any related location
