What you’ll be doing?

  • To manage and monitor the indoor sales team and branch admin staffs efficiently.
  • To ensure good communication and coordination between staffs and outdoor sales team.
  • To ensure Cutting Instructions are issued in a timely manner upon receiving customers’ PO to avoid delay in submitting to the Production Department.
  • To ensure customer enquiries by phone, fax, email, and chat applications (WhatsApp, WeChat) are attended in the most efficient manner by sales support team.
  • To conduct meeting to review the performance of indoor sales team and to resolve any issues arising within the weeks.
  • To analyse and follow up on NCPARS issued to staffs and to assist the staffs to come out with effective corrective action to avoid reoccurrence of the same cases.
  • To execute and disseminate all communication from HQ and ensure that the communication is well conversed and understood among the staffs.
  • To come out with report to track and monitor enquiries and quotations to ensure deals are closed.
  • To monitor branch inventory level by requesting for stock replenishment in a timely manner to ensure that the stock level for all common and frequently used sizes is available.
  • To monitor and follow up overdue payment and collection.
  • To manage and monitor production’s OT and review production capacity.
  • To monitor branch’s monthly expenses and dictionary replenishment.
  • To promote and maintain a friendly and positive culture among the office staffs, such as promoting company values, performance-based culture, etc.
  • To ensure work environment safety, clean and in good condition.
  • To back up sales coordinators or admin staffs during manpower shortage.
  • To perform other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
