  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Payroll Benefits Specialist at Ireka Corporation Berhad in Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Payroll Benefits Specialist will be responsible for payroll, benefits administration, analyzing benefits data, handling employee benefits inquiries, conducting new hire orientations, effective communication with stakeholders, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Experience with payroll processes and systems
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Benefits Administration, Employee Benefits, and Analytical Skills
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional certifications in HR or related field are a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
