Tasks and Responsibilities: 1. Diagnosing the Arabic/Gulf Countries clients’ specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services. 2. Organizing travels for Arabic/Gulf Countries Clients from beginning to end, through booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation etc. 3. Supplying travelers with relevant information and useful travel/holiday material (guides, maps, event programs etc.). 4. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution 5. Manage large amounts of incoming calls. 6. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. 7. Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication. 8. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
