Key Responsibilities : 1. Financial Record-Keeping: Record and update financial transactions accurately in accounting systems. Maintain ledgers, trial balances, and other financial documents. 2. Budgeting and Reporting: Assist in preparing budgets and financial reports for management. Monitor cash flow and identify discrepancies. 3. Accounts Management: Process accounts receivable and payable, including invoice preparation and payment tracking. Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy. Requirements : 1. Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2. At least 1–2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related role (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. 3. Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SQL).
