Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Identify and target potential customers, including industrial, manufacturing, and commercial clients. Recommend appropriate solutions based on customer specifications and operating conditions. Train customers on the operation and maintenance of equipment. Quoting & Contracting: Prepare accurate and competitive quotes and proposals. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals in alignment with company policies. Market & Industry Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Provide feedback to the product development team for improvements or new product ideas. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software. Prepare periodic sales reports for management review. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 2-5 years in technical sales, preferably in air compressors, industrial equipment, or related sectors. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with compressed air systems, including rotary screw, reciprocating, and centrifugal compressors. Knowledge of auxiliary equipment like dryers, filters, and piping systems. Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities. Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset to assess customer needs and propose tailored solutions. IT Proficiency: Experience with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office applications. Travel: Willingness to travel extensively for client visits and site assessments. Preferred Attributes: Strong network within the industrial or manufacturing sector. Hands-on experience in operating or servicing air compressors. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
