  • Fluency in Mandarin and English, both verbal and written (Cantonese will be an added advantage)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre environment (Open to fresh grads!)
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
