- Handle inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat in Mandarin
- Respond to customer questions and complaints in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Provide recommendations and feedback to improve customer service processes and procedures
- Minimum SPM holder and above
- Fluency in Mandarin and English, both verbal and written (Cantonese will be an added advantage)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre environment (Open to fresh grads!)
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
