Position Summary:
Responsible for the daily shift management of the restaurant to meet and maintain A&W operations standards.
Competency:
Operationally sound, highly motivated and committed. To master the ability to manage people and restaurant.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To assist Restaurant General Manager to achieve the set targets in store operations KPI’s.
- To lead and manage shifts in achieving CHAMPS standards and company goals.
- Ensuring shift is properly staffed and ready to handle business volume.
- To maintain effective communication at all times.
- To assist in active recruiting plan when necessary.
- To deliver great customer service and achieve service targets during the shift.
- To handle all customer complaints and resolved it in a timely manner.
- To assist Restaurant General Manager on payroll, attendance, administrative and paperwork as and when needed.
- To provide coaching to Team Members on their day-to-day operations.
- To conduct On Job Training (OJT) or Classroom training to Team Members on regular basis.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Education Requirements; Degree or Diploma in any discipline
- 1 year’ experience in F&B or service-related experience.
- Good technical or SOP knowledge.
- Proven of upholding operations and company standards.
- Willing to learn. Responsible and maintain positive attitude with a high level of energy at all times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
