Talent Acquisition Consultant / Recruitment Consultant

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting directly to the Sales Team Lead, you will drive talent acquisition, recruitment needs fulfilment, support business development and act as an advisor in areas of recruitment operation solutions.

Key focus areas include:

  • Review, understand and support in the fulfilment of recruitment needs of our clients. Work closely with Recruitment Managers in the coordination of workforce planning and ensurethat the recruitment timelines are met.
  • Look into developing potential candidate pipelinethrough a variety of avenues and platforms.
  • Support in business development by introducing companies’ services to prospects.
  • The job Scope includes:
  • Posting of job advertisements on job portals and print media
  • Coordination of interviews (Face to face / Phone/ Skype)
  • Qualifying of candidates through interviews, screening and reference checks
  • Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
  • Positive and driven
  • Resourceful with great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive in partnering with hiring managers, peers and external stakeholders
  • Highly driven, a team player with strong initiative and a passion for challenges
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office application and good presentation skills.
  • Team player and able to adapt in fast-paced working environment.
