Job Description: As a Live Host at Effa Sidek Atelier, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for providing an exceptional client experience during live events and engagements. You will engage with our clientele in a warm and professional manner, ensuring that every visitor feels welcomed and valued. Your role will involve:

  • Hosting Live Events: Conducting live presentations and tours of our atelier, showcasing our latest collections and bespoke services.
  • Client Engagement: Interacting with visitors, answering questions about our designs, fabrics, and the bespoke process.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Representing Effa Sidek Atelier with enthusiasm and deep knowledge of our brand ethos and history.
  • Sales Support: Assisting clients with inquiries, facilitating appointments, and supporting the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
  • Maintaining Atelier Standards: Ensuring the atelier's appearance is pristine and presentable at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hospitality, luxury retail, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for fashion, with knowledge of luxury brands and trends.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during special events as needed.
