MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
- To maintain operational focus on Ophthalmology Franchise in Central/
- Seremban/East Coast Malaysia with a dedicated FTE
- To contribute to Specialty Medicine BU’s annual performance by
- achieving Eylea’s top line target and improving market share of Eylea in MOH key accounts
- To collaborate with Product Manager and other related cross functional teams in execute brand/product strategies in the short, mid and long term to achieve set goals under
- the supervision of Sales Manager.
- To negotiate with key stake holder / customer / KOLs for a sustainable long term business to promote Bayer products to healthcare professionals and other relevant target groups to meet/exceed sales targets for assigned product(s) within the allocated territory
- to execute Customer Engagement Excellence – focusing on executing in-clinic promotion leveraging Patient Focused Interactions (PFI) and implement off-clinic promotional activities assigned to specific target Customers and thereby improve Customer relationship.
YOUR KEY ROLE AND RESPONSIBILTIES :
- Achieve sales, volume, growth, market share and listing targets for assigned brands
- Plan, orchestrate and execute HCP engagements, aligned with MCCP by tailored Patient Focused Interactions using right content based on HCP needs & priorities
- Report customer engagement activities in Veeva CRM and take advantage of all available functionality for enhancing customer interaction and experiences
- Monitor and communicate competition activity to Managers (FLSM, Management) to reflect market dynamics and potential counteracts
- Organize / Set-up regular scientific updates (e.g. CME, Scientific meetings) for HCP groups in alignment with defined marketing strategies
- Continuous cooperation with the oncology brand team members (product manager, sales manager, market access, medical advisors, third party patients access support team etc. ) to ensure availability , reimbursement and access on Oncology products
- Collaborate with and provide feedback to Sales / Marketing on MCCP strategies and tactics and identify potential new sources of business. Including MOH KPK applications and BB listing in identified MOH centers.
- Supports the Brand Strategy and Initial Key Accounts strategies for major MOH/ Mindef which will drive business.
- Ensure availability, reimbursement, access, and liquidation of the Eylea on all levels including: MOH, Mindef and all other relevant national bodies responsible for funding
- Comply with local regulations, industry, and company policies and code of conduct.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Any advanced qualification is a plus).
- Minimum 5-6 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a demonstrated performance track record .
- Strong understanding of selling / knowledge about Oncology /Ophthalmology products
- Strong interpersonal, communication and team skills
- IT literacy (basic knowledge and skills to utilize computers/tablets and related technology efficiently)
- Excellent command (both oral and written) of local native language.
- English language skills are a plus.
- Energetic, Enthusiastic, self-driven, organized & willing to work extensively in field
