How you will do:
- Respond to escalated technical inquiries that are sent by local technical support team.
- Carry out necessary remote site investigation by request.
- Responsible for seeking/developing resolutions to solve escalated issues.
- Report/escalate potential product issues to the global engineering team.
- Take charge of managing the process of problem-solving.
- Manage local lab, and carry out required tests to support NPI by working with product managers.
- Maintain technical communications with local technical support team.
- Collect training demand and plan training schedules by working with sales leaders.
- Coordinate with the learning team to deliver standard courses.
- Provide feedback and help learning team to improve standard courses.
- Develop and conduct customized training courses locally.
What we look for:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- More than 5 years of working experience.
- Familiar with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
- Good written in English and Bahasa and verbal communication skills with both internal and external.
- Good interpersonal and communication with both internal and external.
- Strong team player and ability to multi-task.
