In your new role you will:
- Resolve identified engineering issues with manufacturing equipment to keep downtime to a minimum and improve equipment performance and efficiency.
- Work as a team between Manufacturing / Process / UPE / resolve production and quality issues and reduce production line disruptions.
- Ensure the production equipment is in control and the quality of the product meets expectations.
- Implement a Preventive / Predictive maintenance program.
- Monitor equipment performance key indicators, set goals, and drive the team to meet expectations.
- Provide necessary production support.
- Establish an indirect spare inventory system for key equipment.
- Sustain and improve the key performance indices of the equipment through continuous improvement activities/projects.
- Establish a team to work on continuous improvement projects aligned to organization objectives.
- Implement productivity improvement programs and Reduce costs through continuous cost-reduction efforts.
- Identify the key cost drivers and work on cost reduction programs and spare parts management.
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing all manufacturing equipment installation, maintenance, and sustaining activities
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor/Master’s degree, major in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related Engineering.
- Good command of the English language.
- Minimum CGPA of 3.00 or equivalent.
- The trainee shall be committed for 12 months of services.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kulim Hi-Tech Park.
- No work experience required and directly from Fresh Graduate. Independent, resourceful, and initiative.
